The Belle Haven Community Development Fund (BHCDF) is a neighborhood based non-profit. BHCDF grew out of a visioning process initiated by the City. A few residents came together to form an organization that would focus on providing an infrastructure to take advantage of opportunities and resources made available to the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park, CA. The Belle Haven Community Development Fund (BHCDF) is a reliable trustworthy and non-partisan group focused on empowering the Belle Haven community. As the only community fund for Belle Haven, we are dedicated to bringing the entire community together to develop and achieve common goals that will result in making Belle Haven community a thriving one for residents and neighbors alike.

Below are the programs we administer, fund and/or participate in:
The City of Menlo Park is partnering with the Belle Haven Community Development Fund to help Belle Haven renters access cleaner and safer portable home appliances.
The program provides no cost electrification bundles that may include items such as:
Portable heat pump / AC
Portable induction cooktop
Countertop electric oven
Solar powered battery unit
Heated blanket
Air purifier
Program Qualifications
1. Reside in the Belle Haven neighborhood.
2. Be a renter of single-family or multi-family property.
3. Be at or below 120% of the San Mateo County area median income for household size or be 65 years of age or older.
